Welcome to Claud Abroad!
Hello! My name is Claudia. I'm a 24-year-old American travel junkie who just returned from living abroad for two years. I worked as an au pair for four wonderful children in Seville, Spain.
I first became enamored with Spain when I lived with a host family in Gijón, Asturias during summer 2022. On my last day of the study abroad experience, I promised myself I'd return to Spain again. That promise was fulfilled when to Castellón de la Plana last year to work as an English Language & Culture Assistant through NALCAP for eight months.
I am passionate about language, travel, working with kids, music, and just about anything creative.

This experience has been wonderful, challenging, enlightening, and uncomfortable. I have built a resilience I never thought possible and expanded my worldview in unimaginable ways. The hard part is now shaking off that travel bug!
